Our goal is to promote sustainability through improved interactions between natural coastal processes and human infrastructure. We conduct applied, solutions-oriented research through fieldwork and modeling. Current projects are focused on wetland vegetation and fluid mechanics, but the name of the lab is intentionally broad to allow work to evolve over time.
